Cristina's Fine Mexican - Forney

The food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and not too loud. The waiter was the only problem. He seemed more busy looking than on the guests. We had to fly him off at any time when we needed him because he absolutely didn't want to stop and check if we needed anything. I had the Carne Asade with Shrimp Rellano. Perfection!

We had fajitas which were very good BUT was disappointed that they did not come out sizzling. Our friend ordered enchiladas they were very good. The waitress was very polite ensured our order came out right. I do wish the salsa had a little more flavor the onions were not so big so many. The salsa almost taste like tomato juice. Still love the food.

The tortilla soup is excellent both in taste and presentation. The Mexican fare is also a fine blend of spices not too heavy or light. I have only one regret:. NO MOLE. A fine restaurant like yours should surely offer MOLE sauce It is often considered a delicacy.

Went to have a bite late last night...It was nearly closed and they allowed us to be seated anyway! Dillon our server was a gentle giant! He attended to every need we had and was very knowledgeable! Doga (Manager) is equally awesome. When the order for our entrées went in, the kitchen was actually closed. Well, he made sure they cooked our food and that it was right and hot! We had Beef Enchiladas and Shrimp Tacos. The food was so delicious. So were the top shelf margaritas....Cristina's is a fine place to spend any evening!

Best Fajitas anywhere. Service was painfully slow and everyone seated after us got there food and paid before we recieved ours.....and then waiting on the bill forever we inquired at the Host stand ..... oh he had to leave ...... Would understand if it was just a staffing issue. But the excellent food more than made up for it.
