Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive-thru at 10:45am and did not receive an answer. I drove up to the window but no one was there. After going around again, someone finally answered. I ordered the French dip, but there was no dip included. This was not the best first experience at this restaurant.
I had the pleasure of enjoying a late evening dinner at this restaurant just 3 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. It was an amazing experience! It was my first time dining here and the staff member named Terrica was exceptional. She quickly assisted me with drink options and greeted me with a smile that could light up a room. Terrica's outstanding customer service skills truly made my visit memorable. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction have undoubtedly contributed to the success of this establishment. On a side note, it's worth mentioning that Terrica's exceptional service was truly magical.
I ordered a Cinnabon and found a long red hair on it. When I brought it back, I noticed that the staff were not wearing hair nets. The service was good and they apologized. Please remember to wear hair nets.
The manager had closed the lobby due to the shirt staff due to the winter weather. she left my 82-year-old dad, my blind brother, best friend and I anyway. the food was delivered to our table and was fantastic! thanks for the consideration and service!
Everything always comes cold. I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask for warmed cinnamon roll. Especially for how expensive they are. They are always extremely cold.
