The lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful as I had several questions. That wasn't just a one time thing as I watched her with others as well!! The service is top tier.Peach Cobbler...Perfect mix of peaches and crust. The traditional crust is used!! The peach filling was delicious.Baked Potato ? The brisket was seasoned well and had a smoke flavor. It was smaller than the Texas spuds I'm used to getting. It definitely requires that you get down and mix the potatoe together. I had to add extra cheese at home because it was very limited.Baked Beans Not my favorite...they were good for the first two bites and then I tasted something similar to pickled relish in a bit. Thought it may have been a cross spoon fluke, but that totally ruined that for me.

Saturday lunch. The chopped brisket sandwich was quite good. I stuck with the sweet sauce and it was good. The sides of baked beans and cole slaw was also good. Very friendly service. Definitely worth a return visit when we're in the area. Right off I-20.

I had the brisket and Mac and cheese. My wife had the 2 meat brisket and ribs with beans and mac and cheese. Sadly the only thing that we both enjoyed was the brisket. The ribs were dry and salty, the mac and cheese was kraft noodles with nacho cheese on top, and the beans were bland.

Was the be the best bbq around before they sold it to new owners. Absolutely the toughest and worst ribs I’ve ever had for $35 a rack. They still had the membrane on them literally could not bite them off the bone called the let them know and all I got was I’m sorry quick waste of 75$ will never go back hopefully old owners open another bbq spot

I visited the restaurant specifically for the Texas Twinkies and was let down. The jalapeños were completely uncooked and the bacon was raw. I'm not sure what type of bacon they used, but it didn't achieve that expected hickory color, even after I tried to crisp it up in the air fryer at home. Additionally, all of my food was lukewarm, and I had to reheat everything once I got home. Overall, it wasn't worth the $75 I spent.
