The good news is that the food is good, just as I remembered from the East coast. The problem is that this restaurant is seriously understaffed for lunch. Had to wait over 25 minutes to get a regular chicken Parmesan sandwich. There was only three people working. One was working the grill, another putting toppings on the sandwich. The last person had to take orders and serve the sandwiches as they are made.Didn’t realize that EVERYONE sitting there was waiting for their sandwich. Furthermore, they were getting a long list of online orders.Food was good. Service was not so much. Simply too long.
Employees were rude and unable to take/ make a basic order. They huddled in the back avoiding customers.
My picky little guy liked it alot. He's already asking to go again.
Found hair in my sandwich my girlfriend sandwich missing ingredients fries absolutely freezing cold no salt or pepper but staff did accommodate by remaking my
Best staff, foods always fresh, they really go above and beyond to provide a great dining experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Cindy is more than accommodating to ensure I can travel in and out of their store with my chair.
