Mcdonald's - Fort Atkinson

Today I went through the drive thru for breakfast. My job wasn't in place. But that's not about the mistake. People make mistakes, and no one is perfect. It's about the answer! Michelle, one of the management teams, took my call on this mistake. In the past, with every McDonald’s I visited when I had a complaint about the food I had always said they remember my order and it was right/fresh/ done, or whatever apology to call me basically a liar. I have complained about four of them to do so throughout the country over the last few decades. I didn't get that from Michelle. She immediately asked me if I could come back to get fresh food. I live only a few minutes away, so the answer was yes. But her answer wasn't just there. She had one of the other management team to make my breakfast for me, and although she said eating the bacon, they still gave me fresh bacon in my order. They also put extra! In the store, Michelle greeted me at the window and offered me more food and to be pregnant, seduced me with a cake. That was so amazing customer support! I really hope her boss sees this and praises her! I hope she is well paid because she is absolutely amazing, and you need to make sure you keep her as long as possible! Thank you. Michelle, to take care of me today!!!

Well economical and my kids love to come for a while.

It was wonderful that the child that took my order was respectfully nice and made it quick had no problems with everything that was good fast came

I went to McDonald 's a week after normal hours with small expectations. They threw me away. It was 11:30 in a week night and I knew most people were for counting. McDs took my order, made sure it was good, and asked again if I was satisfied after placing my order. I offered to pay the car in front of me. You said, great. I heard that Dbag before me pushed it away like no big thing, even after they said the car behind you would like to pay for your meal, have a great night! You MD staff) were still respectful for him and me, gave me my food immediately and went on, props to FA Mc Ds!!! I have them a $20 tip, less than they earn for dealing with pain in the butt customers on the daily but all I could afford!

This McDonald's totally has their act together no matter what the line is you can get through it quickly the girls are always cheerful
