The staff are friendly—I met Abby at the drive-thru today, and despite them being out of several items, she handled it with poise and grace. Thank you, Abby! Your southern hospitality is truly appreciated, especially in these stressful times.
I'm usually not one to fill out surveys, and I had some trouble finding how to access one, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Marilyn, who handled our checkout today. She was an absolute delight to work with, making the entire transaction enjoyable and seamless. We received everything we ordered, and I just wanted to express my gratitude for all that Marilyn and the Burger King team did.
The food quality was good and in line with what I expect from this chain, but the service was very slow and lacking in efficiency. Additionally, the staff seemed unfamiliar with how the retractable line dividers work for managing the queue at the register.

I usually stop in the mornings for breakfast on my way to work, if I have time. However lately, they have been out of biscuits which is what I usually order. I don't mind the waffle sandwiches, except they are usually overcooked and hard so I would rather not eat them. I also stopped ordering any thing with sausage or bacon, because each time I did, the sandwich tasted funny and I couldn't eat it. The staff is fine, usually no issue with them. They're polite enough and I've only received the wrong order once or twice.
