Burger King - Fort Benning

Today, I waited in line for 10 minutes behind another car at the ordering screen. The car in front of me decided to leave after waiting for 10 minutes. When I pulled up to the screen, I saw that the restaurant was closed at 6pm for the holiday. It was exactly 6pm at that moment, so I said hello three times before someone finally responded with "sorry, we are closed." I explained that I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes behind the car that left because no one took their order either. There was no response, so I ultimately left. I found it disappointing that the restaurant closed at 6pm but refused to take orders until that time. I used to work in the food industry and I am surprised by this kind of practice. I have been a customer at this Burger King since they opened many years ago and have never encountered such an issue before. If you plan on visiting, I recommend going 30 minutes before closing to ensure you are served. Additionally, the doors were closed and locked 10 minutes before closing, as another couple tried to enter but found the doors locked. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

The order is taken quickly, but customers are kept waiting at the first window until all the food is prepared for everyone who has placed an order, and then they are moved to the next window to receive their food. When I asked why they do this, the response was that they are understaffed. This has been happening for at least two months. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, even if you come inside to order when the drive-thru line is busy. It is puzzling why the drive-thru orders are completed faster than those inside. Additionally, they do not pay attention to substitutions listed on the receipt. The food seems to be made fresh to order, but the wait time for a simple burger combo can be lengthy. Overall, the service was rated a 1 out of 5, the food a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. The price per person for a meal is between $10-20.
