Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The line was quite long, and there was a girl with blue hair helping out. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, which is a recurring issue, as the wait is usually around 30 minutes. During my wait, another lady became so frustrated that she just walked out. It's a real problem, and I hope the management addresses this soon; otherwise, they're going to lose business.

The worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I can't understand how a business can stay open when they consistently have 30-minute wait times for takeout every day. The staff is, to put it mildly, incredibly indifferent.

Please remove this establishment from your listings! It’s a complete waste of resources. They are perpetually out of menu items, and I suspect it's not due to supply issues, but rather because they lack the motivation to prepare more food. Honestly, I might as well just ask them what they feel like serving me each day. They also close way too early—at 5 PM—which isn’t even mentioned in their hours. The staff always seems miserable, as if they were forced to work there. They really need a better manager to run this location. It’s simply awful. They don't even deserve the one star I reluctantly gave them; I’d rather drive to another Popeyes.

Food is decent but the service is bad. 20 min wait at the drive through to find out my order isn’t correct even after she said back my order and price. When I tell her the order is wrong she simply responds “ I didn’t get that “ even though she said my order back to me 15 min ago. This Popeyes is lacking in competent management.
