Local family owned restaurant ran by very hard working man and woman team. takas eating is delicious Japanese purchase with the sushi cook no other, then the husband himself, who ensures that all ingredients are fresh, while making according to traditional Japanese sushi standards. the restaurant is very courteous and the sushi cook actually has different roles (which are not on the menu, but perhaps one day they will be) that are named after many of the regular. just ask her! the service is friendly, server are knowledgeable and the vibe is family friendly atmosphere. this place is occupied for obvious reasons, but it is worth waiting, the portions are generous and the eating is great
Ordered the “drilled” otopus, which came out with a pretty tasty deep fried teig. it was over boiled to the point of eating a hard rubber band. they should not call it grilled! ordered the dragon roll, spyder roll, alaskan roll and basic yellowtail roll. good: alaskan roll. the average: dragon and yellowtail the bad: the spyder roll. the soft shell crab was over fried to the point of the burned teig and was chewing. other posts: miso soup. barely tofu. good taste but give them the tofu! my suppe has a piece and my son had a piece.
Ordered the garnelen tempoura sushi roll with cream cheese instead of avocado and I got this with raw garnel, which was ice cold.
Ramen is good salmon in sushi is kind of different from what I've been having it taste more like cured salmon of somekind its pretty odd but everything else was good.
