The Q Fort Bragg

Quintessential hole in the wall bbq joint. The menu is the standard affairs of pulled port, ribs, and chicken along with a good selection of sides. The pulled port was flavorful and not overly dry. The slaw was also seasoned and paired well with the pulled pork. The sides are sometimes the let down for bbq joints but not here. The Mac and Cheese was good along with their baked beans. Only mark against the sides was frozen onion rings that are run of the mill. The staff was friendly and accommodating to make sure the order was right.

Best BBQ in Fort Bragg... you want good selection of BBQ this is the place I've tried the Blackened fish-and-chips, Smoked wings, Brisket salad, Smoked chicken taquitos, oysters and Mac and cheese I'd go here everyday if I could!

This place is shady. Placed an order to take out and paid with my credit card. They gave me the form to sign, add tip and total. I am so glad I double checked the receipt because they added a tip without my permission. When I questioned it, the man told me it was to makes sure ever thing was ok. Excuse me? He refused to take it off so I got a refund. Nothing anywhere that states the add a tip for a takeout order or any order for that matter. Might explain why it is always empty. DISHONEST!

Over the past year I've been in Fort Bragg every other month or so for work and this place had been the high point of the trip. Damn good bbq, brisket and ribs are the stand out. My coworker usually gets and fish and chips, he likes them quite a lot. They got a great selection of sauces as well, my favorite is the tangy followed by the spicy hot.

Looking for some casual dinner. Very friendly service. Best oysters I've ever had. Baked with jalapeno and garlic sauce. Blackened cod taco. Great flavor on everything. Can't wait to go back again!
