1. I don't understand why you have to ask for fresh fries...when they have started to shrivel under the warmer, they should be replaced.2. There was also an issue with my receipt, but the gentleman who gave it to me was not transparent about it. I had to review it myself to find out. The manager Crystal then took over and explained the issue, but it should have been brought to my attention initially.Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience and will stick to other locations closer to me in the future.
Slow.. it's like they're chasing the cow down trying to put him on the grill or something.
Terrible service, Placed a pickup order and added extra toppings which cost extra to my order when I opened it none of it was there and was told they dont even offer these as an option. When i called to speak to someone was met with a very rude manager who told me they would not give me the money back or the items I had to pay for.
I would advise the hiring manager to make sure that the individuals they hire for day shift are morning people. The way Crystal was with us this morning left me NEVER wanting to use this location again. I've been in Customer Service for over 20yrs and regardless how a customer comes off to you, the way we was yelled at this morning by Crystal is a no go! After getting her name and manager information we left without placing an order. Whose to say she wouldn't have done something to my food if I did? Google would not allow me to post without giving at least 1 star but really it's zero
