Fantastic service and they have great Philly Cheesesteaks. I guess this is because this is Texas! ?I have been to others states and they only server cold meats.Also Kat and Anastasia provide phenomenal service that is why I would come back here again.

Do not show up during the lunch rush. They will ask you what you want on your sandwich then just add whatever they want to add regardless of what you ask for. Big waste of money and time.

What can I say? We waited about 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. Half way through out order they gave somebody else half of their order. Then we had them try to give us only 4 sandwiches. Had to tell them multiple times what we wanted on them.My ex used to manage a jm store in Chicago. This was horrible. No communication, older lady on the register must've been new because she got flustered so easy, there was no line when we walked in. By the time we left there were two groups that hadn't even been started. I wouldn't go here again.

We walked in excited to try a new place and left feeling like we were doing something wrong. The workers were not welcoming at all and just plain rude. Probably will not be back.

The JM boys gave me the best damn sandwich of my life, thx 4 the xtra PBM !!! Great customer service!
