Our server Cindy has been the best server we’ve had during our cross country trip. She was very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Our food came out hot and exactly as ordered. Thank you for being a great place to stop. Parking: Parking is available all around the building. Spots are spacious and well marked which we appreciate. Came in at midnight. We’re the only customers in the place. I think a total of four people were working. Ordered the pancakes it took 25 minutes. When she is plating them, I see her grab a peeled banana with her bare hands and cut it and place it on top of my pancakes. I watched her then touch the screen and everything else around before bringing the plate to me. I asked her if she just cut the banana without gloves and she got defensive saying that she washes her hands between everything that she does. Which is clearly false as I just observed her before and after plating the food (Literally nothing else to do). Ignoring food handling processes is just bad business and it’s gross. No pancakes for me.
