Contribuisci feedbackI have visited this restaurant multiple times and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make an effort to explain how their chocolate is made. They offer 4 vegan truffles (marked dairy-free) and a variety of vegan bars. I have tried the oatmilk, whiskey, and coffee bean bars, and they have all been top-notch quality. If they sold their baking chips or bars in bulk, I would definitely spend a lot of money on them. The shop is also charming and the packaging is flawless.
I recently had some of the best chocolate ever at this restaurant. The dairy free options are clearly marked and they offer a wide variety of chocolate bars and truffles. I tried a selection of their truffles and they were fantastic. Although a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it, especially after chatting with the owner and learning more about their story.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and allows you plenty of time to decide on your order. The sipping chocolate is simply amazing and truly showcases the essence of chocolate. If you're interested, they are more than willing to explain the process to you, but they also give you the space and time to explore and enjoy on your own. We make it a point to visit this place every time we're in Fort Collins, and it never disappoints.
It's a sophisticated, high quality chocolate with reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and friendly service. We love to pair Nuance Chocolate with wine... but they're also a delish treat on their own.
Look: the chocolate here is amazing. No question about that. My wife and I found this place accidentally a few years ago, and have been looking forward to coming back ever sense. In the mean time, we've sent multiple friends and family there, any timesomeone was visiting us and headed up to Fort Collins. We had a rare opportunity this weekend to drop our kids off with theirgrandparents and have a few hours together downtown, and we spent all week anticipating spending some time in the shop, enjoyingsome truffles, sipping some chocolate, and playing a game together. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that guestsare not actually welcome in their shop any more. All the seating is still blocked off, with tables reserved in stead for (as werecall) three air purifiers. We tried to make the best of it and sit outside, but in the mostly open midday sun and no shade itwasn't the experience we had spent the week looking forward to. I hope we can come back to Nuance one day and replicate ourfirst experience of something wonderful, charming, and enjoyable. But until guests are once again welcome inside we willprobably avoid it.
