Dam Good Tacos - Fort Collins

Small place with a hjandful of vegan or easily veganizable tacos/burritos. everyone is big and very different from everyone. these are definitiw such as, foodie, or chef-y tacos causes like kale slaw, thai-inspired sauces, tofu. also a good selection of dishes. Take a beer or a horchata and sit outside when it's beautiful.

Get a power bowl vegan made and double it for $15 but get two meals for a sporty or 4 for another. or get a burrito from local tofu and thai erdnuss sauce and crucifixed vegetables. so short, they support the locals and eat a little healthier than chipotle.

Since I moved to foco, this place was my way to and bordered. the earth, wind and firetakkos are ridiculously addicted. they have a complete vegetarian section, which can be modified according to the question of vegan, and eric and the rest of the staff there make it so a hospitable place to support a local company!

I always order the “earth, wind and fire” tacos or burrito bowl (without ice or cheese). it is wonderfully tasteful, and the cut mangles add great texture.

I tried both of the vegan tacos and wasn’t really impressed. They were meh. I even ordered my husband tacos to go, and had them keep them in the kitchen under the warmer until I was ready to go. I ended up forgetting to grab them on my way out, and just decided to leave them there because I knew my husband wouldn’t like them. Too bad they don’t have a regular grilled veggie taco.
