Nori Maki - Fort Collins

Food is usually amazing, recently freshness has been slipping. Have seen discriminating behavior against others by John. We go weekly and hope high quality consistency.

We ordered sushi from here and the avocados in all of the rolls were brown and the seared tuna on the red devil roll looked like it was from a can. It was unappetizing! We paid $60!

The sushi is only okay. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing. The serving staff was also only okay. I never like leaving bad reviews but I was thoroughly underwhelmed. $8 for a bowl of edamame? Luke warm water. The plating was very nice, but everything else is pretty mid. Cool lights tho ??‍Kid-friendliness: Only have one high chair so something to be mindful of.

The staff, attentive and knowledgeable, and offered helpful recommendations ensuring everyone at the table had a memorable culinary experience. It's rare to find such a combination of exceptional food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuinely friendly staff, making this family-owned sushi restaurant an absolute gem. Best spicy rolls in town! Beautiful creative presentation every time. Delicious, top grade sushi. Plentiful portions.
