Contribuisci feedbackThe food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive, making sure our water glasses never went empty. The prices were a bit high for the portion size and quality, but that's to be expected at a restaurant like this.
After two hours of searching for a safe restaurant for my daughter, who has celiac disease, we finally found a place with a 45-minute wait time. The first restaurant we visited, which I won't name (but it rhymes with on the motor), told us it would be a 10-minute wait after calling ahead. However, we ended up waiting 30 minutes and found that there were no gluten-free options for my 5-year-old. We then called Outback Steakhouse, where they had tables available and put us on the list in case we arrived. We were seated right away and were pleased to find a much better menu (although I would have liked more kid-friendly options). We shared the delicious Alice Springs Chicken and the amazing gluten-free Thunder from Down Under dessert. The service was fantastic, and overall, it was a great meal.
Our family enjoys dining at this restaurant! We utilized the call ahead seating option, which was very convenient. After calling and selecting option one, we informed them of the size of our party and were instructed to wait in our car until our table was ready. We received a text message on our phone when our table was ready and were promptly seated after entering the building wearing masks. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! Our server was attentive and kept our drinks filled. Our appetizers arrived quickly and our main dishes were served at a perfect pace for us to enjoy each course. When we are looking for excellent service and delicious steaks, Outback is our top choice! Thank you Outback for providing such a wonderful experience!
The service was incredible. My family and i went on valentine's day, and the staff did a really fantastic job keeping up with everything. Our server Maria was really attentive to our needs. When i didn't like the drink i ordered she went above and beyond to find me something i did like, when it was unnecessary. But i am fully appreciative that she did. The food was on point. I really liked that the manager Jeanette was going around and taking to customers making sure they were satisfied with the service provided. All in all, i think that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant.
No wait time at 2pm and the food was cooked to perfection.
