Potbelly - Fort Collins

The general manager is quite rude to customers. When I called to ask a simple question, I was met with hostility and aggression from him. As a general manager, it's important to model good customer service for your employees. I have never encountered a general manager who treated a customer with such disrespect. There are better sandwich shops in Fort Collins that offer far superior customer service than this one.

The restaurant is operated by teenagers who seem to have limited experience in customer service. They tend to mumble and don't provide a bag for takeout. On a positive note, the sandwiches were excellent.

I haven't visited a Potbelly's in quite some time, but I was disappointed during my recent trip. The toppings appeared and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. I went during dinner hours when the place was quite empty, yet the employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other than assisting me.

Leaving two stars for taste and variety of selection. Execution is awful. This sandwich had the amount of meat you would use for a sandwich you put on regular bread at home. You should not advertise a sub and then fill it up with nothing but lettuce. Ithought i accidentally ordered a veggie sub. Go to one of the chain stores and watch the meat content. It has to beproportionate to the thickness of the bread. I even ordered extra cheese but gained one slice. Very disappointed. Highlyunlikely for me to return.

Ordered through door dash and was disappointed when order came in. I ordered the Cubano and soup combo. I asked for grilled mushrooms and they just put huge pieces of fresh. I feel like most of my sandwich was mushroom. It would of made a hugedifference in taste if mushrooms were grilled. There was only one slice of thin ham and hardly any pulled pork. Hardly anymustard. The bread was good, but if your like me and love a good Cubano. I would not suggest this place. Potato soup was okaybut bland. Overall this is just not my kind of place. Maybe some of there other sandeyare Better so not going to knock it butnot goimg to go back to try either.
