Restaurant 415 - Fort Collins

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, delicious food, cozy meeting point for friends to meet!

Hands down best restaurant in the city. I have lived here for years and still wants to eat every day! the food, the drinks, the people and the atmosphere make them feel like home.

No longer a separate vegan menu. they have vegan gf chocolate cake with chocolate frozen. we had the mushroom pizza without cheese substitute basilikum. the combined with the cut figs was wonderful! it also had chard, kale, garlic, balsamico vinaigrette reduction and olive oil. we ordered the brussel sprouts without butter or cheese substitute the toasted hazelnuts! I am very happy and full.

Had the darkened flower cabbage that could be made easily vegan I could think the polnta mai have butter in the rule. it was huge and delicious. a series of menu items can be easily modified to be vegan. the service might have been a bit better, but we came close so I think they were just eager to be on the way.

Service was extremely slow. server was however apologetic and offered a free dessert nothing for vegans available. I had the abomination minus the cheese. my man had the darkened cauliflower and the calf that was good.
