Rove - Fort Collins

I was disappointed when Mainline closed, but I was pleasantly surprised by this new place. Everything was excellent! Dining out during COVID can be nerve-wracking, but the way they handle things here really puts you at ease. Unlike many places in Fort Collins, the food here is unique and delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more items from the menu. Well done, guys!

Food 10/10 Service 10/10. I have been to Rove a few times now, and each time I have been blown away by the experience. If you are looking for fine dinning here in Fort Collins, look no further this restaurant has a laser focus on quality andprofessionalism. If you are thinking of going to an event here I highly recommend it. Finding a place to have a great formaldinner here in Fort Collins has been difficult because they are always missing two key factors, service and reliability. Plentyof restaurants here will pump out amazing food but have condescending snobbish service which really leaves a bad taste in yourmouth, or you might have great service but unreliable food quality. Most recently we had a meal here during the wine and dinnerpairing on 10/22. It was a four course autumn themed meal with an amazing pairing of wines. The food was simply amazing and themenu was really brave for a town of our size. I was nervous this place may have bit off more than they were able to chew, boywas I wrong. Every asset of this dinner was exceptional and took you through some unique and amazing flavors. As always thewaitstaff was professional and exceptionally friendly and additionally the restaurant had sommeliers present to discuss why theydecided on each pairing. The wines were exceptionally tailored to the flavor profiles of the food and we had a truly remarkableexperience. I also wanted to call out the pastry chef. That desert was so freaking good I had a dream about it.

AMAZING food and drinks. The Thats so fetch and Sleepy Violette cocktails are to die for. We had such tasty appetizers, entrees and desserts. We can 't wait to go back. Also, our sever was very attentive and nice. All around a really awesomeexperience.

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Rove on a Saturday evening. We kicked off our meal with some of their fantastic signature cocktails, featuring local craft spirits. The chef selected a couple of appetizers for us, which were delicious and left us wanting more. Our dinner was also enjoyable to share. We indulged in another round of cocktails and took in the beautiful surroundings. The interior décor has been upgraded, making it one of the nicest in Fort Collins. We even had the opportunity to tour the upstairs Element nightclub, which is currently being used for additional dining during the COVID restrictions. We look forward to returning when things go back to normal and experiencing Element as a full nightclub.

Whether you agree with my opinion or not, if you consider yourself a food enthusiast, you cannot deny that this restaurant in Fort Collins is top-notch. Even the dishes I may not prefer still impress me with their high quality. The flavors are exceptional and definitely worth the price. In short, the food here is insanely good. Give it a try!
