Union Soda Fountain - Fort Collins

Fantastic new restaurant! I might have just tasted the best chicken and waffles ever. Generous portions, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive service. The salted caramel shake was incredible as well!

The food was fantastic, and the waitstaff really knew what they were doing! Eric, the bartender, made excellent suggestions and was enjoyable to chat with! The Madame sandwich was as incredible and indulgent as Eric had promised! The chocolate egg cream was the best I’ve tasted since moving away from New York! I highly recommend Union!

This restaurant is fantastic! I've been here for the second day in a row, and I can't get enough of it. The food is delicious and very affordable, the drinks are fun and creative, and the staff has been outstanding every time I've visited. I'm truly impressed, especially considering it just opened last week! Plus, the space is stunning and one-of-a-kind. You should definitely check it out!

So glad that a customer of mine in Nebraska told us about this place!! We were headed to Denver for a food show and decided to stop here for supper on the way. I am so glad that we did. Super friendly staff to start. Food was fantastic. We had the dippers, fried hot chicken, and the madame, which were all delicious. And the chicken is SPICY! Lol. Loved all the mixed drinks to choose from. It was hard to choose they all sounded good. And we had dessert too. I will definitely be coming back, hopefully when it’s nicer to sit out on the patio.
