Excellent sushi, great selection, white thunfish is spectacular. very authentic, excellent quality!
Eating in white tree is always excellent. there were rarely other people there when I left, so they will be personalized service, but I make sure that it closes when more people do not know about it! the lighting is cozy and the art is beautiful. they have chalk drawings of eating on the wall, which really makes fun. we had a big group there for a work event and the service was great, eating came out quickly and at the same time and everything was wonderful. all 10 of us were very satisfied with our eating and our experience. I had ridden the chicken katsu and tried several appetizers. if they always go to the same restaurants in fort collins, this list must be added!
Delicious sushi and fast service with a very nice set-up, great value and price. you might want to see a few more two sitish options but overall big sushi.
We had a group of eight family members and friends and were able to quickly get a table on short notice. The menu has the usual fare for sushi restaurant. We ordered mostly sashimi as well as rolls and the slices were very generous in size. Unexpectedly you would almost prefer that you received 10 pieces of half the width as opposed to five at the given size when you have a large group and sharing. We had an assortment of different fish, nothing exotic: ahi, sake, hamachi..the hamachi had a component that was chewy, a bit hard to get through but the flavor was fine. With all of the rolls, the nori had not been fastened down , so the tag end was free and the roll at risk for coming apart. Overall, proportions were very generous The server was very nice but a bit overmatched by the size of the group, so distribution of small plates prior to the appetizers and such was not done making it a bit awkward getting everyone served something. Water service and the like suffered but he hustled and the service was completely adequate for the situation but less than that if you were overall setting a high bar. At the end of meal the chef came to our table and gave an extra plate of fish. This contained white tuna which we typically avoid (escolar, actually) but other fish as well and was very nice gesture. We would go there again. There is no alcohol served or at least it wasn 't offered.
