Contribuisci feedbackFor dinner, we enjoyed the spicy crab soup and a smoked shrimp salad. I had the beef Wellington, while my husband opted for the lobster stuffed with shrimp and scallops. The desserts were phenomenal, featuring a divine Ukrainian Viennese cake and lemon meringue tarts with the most incredible shortbread crust. The following morning's breakfast was just as delightful, starting with Scottish oats and fruit, followed by an almond cream-filled crepe accompanied by corned beef hash, sausage, and house-baked bread. I couldn't have asked for a better meal!
Canterbury Royale delivers an unparalleled level of expertise that I've never encountered before. Northern Maine is truly fortunate to have Chef Renee and Barbara in our little corner of the world!
My husband treated me to an incredible dining experience for our 21st wedding anniversary. The flavors here will leave your taste buds forever changed. Even the French Martini is extraordinary. Chef Barbara Renee made our private dinner an unforgettable evening. It was worth every penny and more. Thank you both for making our night so special!
