Contribuisci feedbackThey don't carry the breakfast biscuits, which is what we came for. Then we ended up waiting 20+ minutes for our food. No apologies from staff, or any offers to reconcile the situation. We left irritated and unsatisfied.
Lately we have been rethinking our trips to McDonald's as their prices keep creeping up. Sometimes it's the same price to go to a decent restaurant for a meal. Where they excel is in their fast delivery.
We stay nearby every spring on our way to Northwest Ontario for fishing. This McDonald's is very close to our motel and very convenient.
This place had been redone and was very nice. Facilities and staff gave us a good start to the days travel.
Ate here twice in August - once inside and once through the drive through. The new automated ordering system was quite impressive and help speed things along for anyone who used it. The staff on the other hand was quite mediocre - lot of just standing around, even when food was up and ready to be served. I noticed that this staff of young kids were primarily interested in when they were getting off and what they were going to go do across the bridge in I-Falls. They only seemed to get serious about their work when a manager appeared on the front line. Manners and Politeness were pretty much non-existent in the drive through. The girl working the drive through lane seemed totally annoyed to have to make change and confirm orders - not sure if she is just completely disgusted with her job or just plain rude. Fortunately there are other dining options around - probably won't go back here again.
