Jack In The Box - Fort Hood

Whenever I stop at the nearby post office, I stopped them to bite quickly. Great service and good quality for a fast food chain. The female toilet is clean and well equipped, I had no problems with it. Food: 5/5

Food is great. If you go during the lunch break, the ride through the line is long, but just go to the lunch break. Food: 5/5

To the owner or the manager,If I was the owner of this Jack in the box, I would be very worried. I saw them peeping out of their drive through window, but when they saw my car, they went inside. I waited for 15 minutes for somebody to take my order and nobody did. Average drive through time here even when they are not busy is at least at least 30 minutes. I live in the neighborhood; If you don’t want to sell your food, just close the store and go home. While typing this review I saw 3 cars leaving because nobody was serving their drive through customers. ?????

The burgers was hot and not like kept in the warmer hot buy fresh would've been a 5 buy the fries didn't seem fresh. But they were polite.

Slowly among staff waiting in line for 25 min and still wait smh arm service not recommended if have 30 min for lunch
