Starbucks - Fort Hood

Very lively location in Lakeline Mall food dish. Fast service, but probably the kindest I saw at a Starbucks. Quite sure that Barista did not like that I was a white, cis sex male based on his/her attitude and mannerisms.

Perfect place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. Be sure to get there early because the morning, afternoon, and evening rush is crazy. Other than that, nice atmosphere ?

This place is in an area where you are bound to either collide with a soldier speeding to work or a hospital employee trying to pull into the hospital. There, so far in my 20 min wait, has been 4 major road rages and two possible collisions. .. today the Mobil order is basically drive thru! I place my order early to avoid the drive thru but now I’m forced to wait to get my coffee because refunding would be an issue. .. with the high prices I’ve already stopped coming to Starbucks but now I think I just need to cut this out entirely. The frustration and expense is just not worth the small caffeine boost.

Went to get my usual vanilla bean. Quick and polite service.

Recently, in the past month or so, this location has gone down way downhill. I work in the same building and get coffee here at least once a day. I noticed the drinks are looking lighter, almost as if there’s half the amount of coffee it comes with. I got a coffee and it was white. When asked if there was coffee in it they rudely responded that it’s made with blonde shots. They remade it and it looked light but better. Blonde shots are lighter but they aren’t white or transparent. A co-worker of mine had them “forget” the shots in her drink two days in a row. Today another co-worker had a white-looking drink. She took it back and they made her buy an extra shot of espresso. The past 2 days they got my order wrong and were rude to me when I asked them to re-make it. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but they’re making everyone’s drinks wrong and they’re argumentative or rude with polite customers.
