Great place for food. But I wish they had soup ready to go. I had to wait. But other then that great services.
The restaurant closed well before the advertised closing time of 7:30, which was unacceptable. I arrived at 6:45 and found it closed. While I can understand closing a bit early if there are no customers, closing at 6:45 is extreme. This has happened more than once at this location, which is frustrating as I am a frequent customer due to its proximity to my home. The staff's friendliness has declined since Johnny stopped working there regularly, which is disappointing.
I used to visit this restaurant regularly since it first opened and it was pretty good. Like most subways, it had its issues but the owners and staff were friendly. However, in the last two months, my experiences have been mixed. The staff are not very pleasant now and the food quality has declined. I even saw one of them yelling at a child to be quiet when they weren't being loud. I'm curious to know if there are new owners.
The employee that was working tonight literally yelled and told my 5 year old daughter whohas Autism) to be quiet I’ve never experienced this ever before and found it incredibly rude.
