Brooklyn Water Bagel - Fort Lauderdale

I prefer not to leave negative reviews, so let me begin by saying that the bagels were outstanding. However, as a New Jersey native, I have to say that the pork and cheese sandwich was a far cry from the real deal. The super thinly sliced Taylor ham was, in my opinion, quite disappointing. Additionally, the so-called eggs they served were more like a gelatinous, artificial concoction that reminded me of a failed science experiment. It was really awful!

I used to LOVE this place especially coming from up north there aren?t many places down here were you can get a decent Bacon Egg and Cheese. The quality of this location has gone down IMMENSELY. When you have staff that cant follow or understand basic instructions then managment needs to focus on revamping their establishment. Today was the last straw I received my coffee with rotten milk in it and I ordered a very simple Bacon Egg Cheese double toasted and it came with a huge ball of cream cheese. When I called to the establishment the lady said ? well people eat it like that? im sorry but who tf is gonna eat this. Even if people eat this it wasnt my order so instead of correcting it you fight with me!? Aight

This restaurant has been riding a wave of popularity in recent years, but my experience has taken a turn. I used to eat here three times a week, but now I’m lucky if I go once a month, and the reasons are becoming clear. The staff often overlooks orders—something is always missing or incorrect. If I’m paying $12 for a bagel, I expect to receive the ingredients that were advertised. This place really needs a manager to oversee both the orders and the customer service!

The coffee here is fantastic! I especially enjoy the aromas, particularly the pumpkin spices. The muffins are always fresh and moist.

6:30AM on 9/15/2022, I asked for a dozen bagels individually cut and packed individually for my office. The short husky mug Melissa tells me they don't. That's why the little Mom Pop Bagel places are better. The mating girl Melissa was just lazy. There was even a man in the prep area. I asked Melissa why can't this man do it? Melissa tells me he doesn't do that she has to. Anyone who has heard of the countermaid who has processed the payments at the front counter and has processed the prep area, while the prep type is just around nothing. I hope their district manager sees this comment and corrects this behavior from these 2 employees, but if these 2 employees represent the way things are done, then it will probably not change. Your DM is probably just as lazy. I'm not coming back to BWB. So disappointed. Melissa even gives me her business card with her manager number. Who knows if it's the right phone number. Friendly advice. A manager is not acting like Melissa.
