I just wish I would have went to another Burger King because this Burger King right here just stay very packed I wait in the line customer service was absolutely great I must say but it's just the way maybe they need to try to do to drive throughs instead of that one they have to drive through windows but not enough space for all those cars
The customer service was excellent, I found the cashier pleasant, and patient, and she maintained a smile on her face throughout our order process, which could be considered difficult at best. She even made the extra step of clarifying the order with the rest of the team, and they verified it with us to ensure accuracy. Great job, great service, all around well done. ?
I waited 10 minutes in a drive thru that has no space for a car line, just to finally get at the speaker box for the employee to say: ?there?s no more whoppers, chicken, there?s nothing, sorry..? absolutely ridiculous.
