Burger King - Fort Lauderdale

I placed an online order and ended up waiting 15 minutes before they even started preparing my food. When it finally arrived, it was missing an item. When I inquired about it, I was told I hadn’t ordered cheese because it wasn’t on the receipt. This was the same excuse she gave another customer at the drive-thru who didn’t receive his fries; she just dismissed him and turned away without resolution. Since my order was online, I had no choice but to leave due to the poor service. A few minutes later, I tried calling back, and after some back-and-forth, they finally checked the register and confirmed my order. I was told it was a system error, yet I was still left waiting for the fresh food I had paid for. Frau Alex brought my meal, but it was incomplete, so I had to wait for my onion rings. When I asked her for napkins and zesty sauce, she simply walked away and delegated the task to someone else. I spent 45 minutes at the restaurant today, and I am certain they will not see me again. It’s clear that leadership matters; her team mirrors her attitude, and it’s disappointing to see a place run so poorly.

Strongiesha was my cashier at the drive-thru, and she provided me with outstanding customer service. This was my first visit to this place in a long time, and I was welcomed with a smile. She ensured that my order was accurate and fresh, just as I requested, and she moved the line along quickly. I even had to ask her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves for her excellent service. Many thanks to her!

I'm not sure what it is about the meat, but I haven’t been able to digest it well in my last few visits. So, I've decided that from now on, I will only order fries.

Good eating is always mad when she is too late for her order. they do the best service to make the customer happy.

I live near here and ate here several times. The lack of a line and customers during what should be busy hours says it all. Served me stale bread and a dry whooper twice. Disappointed on many other occasions as well. Stay away from this one.
