Cuisine Lakay - Fort Lauderdale

I was pleasantly surprised by this tiny Haitian restaurant, which offers truly unique flavors.

The atmosphere isn't fantastic, but if you’re familiar with Haitian restaurants, you’ll know that the decor often contrasts with the quality of the food. While the decor may be lacking, the food is usually excellent, and Cuisine Lakay follows this trend. I ordered the fried pork with rice and beans, and it was prepared fresh and absolutely delicious.

Stewed chicken was absolutely incredible! Very fair price. Will be back for sure

I read the reviews, some are good and some are some are bad but I still wanted to try it. My main reason to try them was because I was craving Fritay but I was too early for it. They do fritay in the evening and I definitely go back again to try the fritay. Oh the legumes I purchased was delicious ? and the phone online doesn’t work so they gave me a card with their new phone .

I want to highlight a positive aspect: the meals were served in a timely manner, even with four different orders.
