Contribuisci feedbackI'm here at 4:17 a.m. and Google says it's open. The signs on the windows also says open at 4:00 a.m. but when I arrived, the staff ran in the back and never returned. I believe they're waiting on me to leave. They didn't come to the speaker and nowI'm at the window and no one is in eye view. I've been waiting 15 minutes. This isn't that first time this has happened. I'm just sick and tired of it. DO NOT advertise open at 4:00 a.m. if it's never open at 4:00 a.m. I waste my time driving allthe way here everytime
Horrible experience, old black lady is nasty. She thinks she?s doing you a favor when is her job. Never coming back to this ratchet franchise. Food is dry n old anyway.
I am a regular patron at this location and work close by. I normally go in the mornings when the service is top notch. However, I decided to go at approximately 4pm. I proceeded to drive thru and gave my order. The young man taking my orderasked me to repeat my order several times (1-small hot coffee, cream, sugar and expresso shot). (I speak clear English). Afterrepeating my order several times, I pulled to the drive thru window and the employee first looked at me and started looking atsomeone else who was nearby. Meanwhile, my hand was extended ready to pay for my order. After waiting for the employee who wasdistracted and making funny faces, I left without my cup of coffee. This was an easy order but when the service so poor, Irather take my business elsewhere. I will no longer go in the afternoons.
Was rudely yelled at by woman on staff just arriving for her shift asking why I was pulled up in the drive thru because ?they weren?t open yet?. In reality the entire staff walked in together 10 minutes late. Then a man proceeded to approach my caraggressively basically wanted to make me uncomfortable enough that I would leave. Get better staff that do better. Will not beback
Great service every Sunday morning from the ladies inside, but whoever the manager was this past Sunday (Nov. 20 22) needs to do some more training on proper etiquette with customers. If you take my order and mess it up, you don?t tell the associatesassisting me that ?she can wait?. No ma?am. I appreciate the timeliness and attentiveness I received from the other staff, butnot from said manager. The rudeness and churlish neglect was not it this morning. Again, the others that are normally in thereon Sunday mornings, phenomenal. I enjoy coming in and getting out in 5 minutes before I go to work.
