Ihop - Fort Lauderdale

It was very good, the restaurant was busy, but this visit went swiftly. Superb lady at the front desk, we end up sitting on a great table right at the very end corner of the room, we had a server who never served us before, and we had the Cheff stoppedby our table and check on us. This visit was a mayor improvement, compared to our usual good visits to this IHOP. I had aspinach omelette, and it was delicious and a generous portion of it. By the end of our meals, the restaurant lights went offshortly, for about five minutes, and that was unusual, but it did not affect our overall experience.

The overall experience was alright. I dined alone. My server acted like I wasn't there. When the food was finally served I had to send it back to the kitchen. When the food returned it looked like 1/2 of the potatoes were missing and the food wasluke-warm. It was overpriced and I asked the manager for a discount or a refund and they said no. I told the manager to tipthe server for me but I don't think I understood their response. I sure hope the server got their tip, I definitely fought forone.

I enjoyed this IHOP. Following a weekend of fun with my friends on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we'd just checked out and decided to hit the nearest IHOP to us. All of us could agree, that this particular IHOP was a standard above others we'd previouslypatronized. Specifically the food was consistent and on point. I had the Poblano omelette minus the beef, the veggies andavocado were vibrant and fresh. My friends each had the T-bone and steak tips breakfast, and claimed the meat was cooked toperfection for them. Our server, Juan, was quite pleasant and accommodating. I didn't catch the busperson's name, however evenhe wanted to assure our visit was pleasant. Overall a great experience to end our weekend.

I had a great experience at the restaurant during my recent visit. Although it was quite busy, our time there felt swift and enjoyable. The hostess was wonderful, and we were seated at a large table at the back of the room. Our server was new to us, but they did an excellent job. The chef even stopped by our table to chat, which was a nice touch. This visit was a significant improvement over our already good experiences at this IHOP. I ordered a spinach omelet, and it was not only delicious but also quite generous in size. Towards the end of our meal, the restaurant lights briefly went out for about five minutes, which was unusual, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience.

The food was really good, but the highlight of my experience was Denise. She is incredibly sweet and caring. By the way, the renovation looks fantastic! I really enjoyed my late-night meal.
