Il Mulino - Fort Lauderdale

A pleasant spot for a meal. The food is decent, though not particularly remarkable, and the recent price increase has diminished its value for money compared to before. I would describe it as a mid-range Italian restaurant.

Two of us enjoyed a delightful brick-oven pizza along with a Caesar salad and freshly baked rolls. The Chianti was rich and flavorful, and the service was outstanding! It was a fantastic meal at a great price.

I just wanted to share a quick tip for anyone planning to dine at this fantastic restaurant: be sure to give yourself plenty of extra time. Parking is located at the back, and once you step inside Il Mulino, you may encounter a bit of a wait for your table since it tends to get quite busy. The servers are working hard to accommodate everyone, so I recommend heading to the bar for a drink while you wait. Take your time and relax, as the meal you'll enjoy is truly fit for a king.

I have had dinner here at least 5 times. No matter whether it is day or night, soup or dinner, it is always great. The dinner rolls are so delicious, you have to have more than one or two. The wine list is great, the Italian Sauce is great, the service is great, I can’t say enough. I live in Warren, Ohio and every time I am in Ft. Lauderdale I make a point to come to this restaurant. I even bring my friends here. I have even bought Gift Certificates as gifts, that's how much I love this place. Thank you.

Only problem is that there is always a line to get in, but that should tell you something, well worth the visit. I eat there around 5 times a year and it's always a good experience.
