Nate's Cafe - Fort Lauderdale

I love this one! I didn't know this place was gluten-free until my third visit. Everything is delicious and filling. They serve local coffee. I tried both a nitro brew and regular coffee they serve in your own French press. Everything is fresh and homemade. I tried the Avocado Toast, Q Burger and Sweet Potatoburger. Everyone was fabulous. Treat yourself a bottle of her house hot sauce. It's delicious! Obviously, this is a franchise, so I hope you get into my area in Jupiter. Open for breakfast and lunch only.

We have breakfast and lunch in Fresh First for the past week during South Florida. Amazing place, food and service excellent. If you want to eat healthy, believe me here. And we were a few places around the world. Have fun.

Best GLUTEN FREE!! Dedicated gluten-free facility! The service was amazing! The restaurant was super clean! The location was comfortable! The food was absolutely delicious! It came out hot and fast! Very recommended! I have a western omelette with a small Belgian waffle and apple slices, my mother has the banana porcan waffle, and we share the delicious hot French press coffee! Would highly recommend if you are gluten-free and in the Fort Lauderdale area!

I can't have enough rave. The food was amazing! The Belgian waffle-bread was a glorious soft savoy experience! I found this place through googling healthy breakfast to treat me to a nice breakfast after I compete in a bodybuilding show. I didn't just get delicious food, it wasn't crazy high in fat, calories or makes my whole body angry at adding gluten or milk in suddenly. This place would be perfect for my whole extended family, which has a variety of food intolerance, allergies and desires. I hope Tampa gets one!
