Piccolo Ristorante - Fort Lauderdale

This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes.

Food was not hot, luke warm at best. Server couldn't answer simple questions about the menu or the fireworks cruise after dinner. Very disappointed with the whole meal. Fireworks we're awesome!

The restaurant did not honor our gift card. They also did not call my husband back when he wanted to speak to a manager.

During our visit to Milwaukee for a convention, we discovered Pier 106, the only seafood restaurant in the area, and decided to give it a try. Located right on the Riverwalk, it offers a great outdoor seating option, although we opted to dine indoors. The service was excellent and our meal was delicious. We started with an appetizer of mussels & clams in a white sauce that reminded us of New England clam chowder, a pleasant surprise. For our main dishes, I ordered the stuffed salmon and my husband had the ahi tuna, both of which were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Pier 106 to anyone visiting Milwaukee.

Delicious food and Kelly took good care of us. Can't wait to try other menu items.
