Pops Corn - Fort Lauderdale

Love this sweet place. Friendly staff and great location. Right on the beach and walk from my house! Cones, Shakes and Popcorn!

The smells alone that come out of Pop's Corn are so delicious that you have to go in and order something. I cannot have dairy but the dairy-free ice cream and sorbet they have are actually really good. It was recently my birthday and I went in and had watermelon sorbet so great and the popcorn is also a nice treat.

I'm just going to start out by saying if I could leave a lower rating I would. The woman at the front was rude from the time we walked in. I have a service dog and she told me he had to leave. Then proceeded to let another dog in no questions asked. I have a golden retriever. She proceeded to say something about the tipping and hair. I get if you want to be sanitary, but maybe put up glass or plexiglass. I feel that would go against yearly safety reviews for sanitation by the state. Anyways, don't waste your time or spend your money here. So many other great places to go. Over priced and extremely rude staff. Might even report to the state with how they treated me and my service dog. They would be fined immediately for not accompanying someone with disabilities.

I got cookies from 2 live cookies and they were ok. They were kinda hard and not that tasty. The only thing that was absolutely amazing was the milkshake.

Beware of the great reviews there's a sign posted at the cash register that they will give free chocolate popcorn for a 5 star review. The ice cream is not good. I'd give it like a 4/10? We tried a few and it completely lacked flavor. We asked how the cookies are and they raved about them. Even my 7 year old couldn't eat it, was so bad. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for dessert.
