Rustic Inn Crabhouse - Fort Lauderdale

Besides the Golden Crabs, the food here was just ok. The Golden Garlic Crabs, however, are to die for . They are the best crabs I’ve eaten, by far!

Atmosphere is very nice. There are 4 areas to choose from; the barge, dock, indoor dock and the main restaurant. Service was very fast and very attentive. Servers know how to make their customer feel at home. Very nice for celebration such birthday party, etc. It's been there a long time and it's still the favorites for generations. And they do takes outs too. There's a lot varieties of crab to choose from. A place not to be missed if you are visiting Fort Lauderdale, Florida. More info in there website:rusticinn.com.

Go for lunch and the crabs and prepare to settle in with your mallot. If you don 't know how to pick 'em, get someone to teach you the basics before you go. You 'll thank me later.

I come into South FL a couple of times a year on business, and we always make it a point to grab lunch at the Rustic Inn. The casual atmosphere lends itself to a relaxed, good time, and the friendly staff makes the experience truly enjoyable. The straightforward, unpretentious meals are served in huge portions that display less concern for flare than for flavor. I don't think it would be possible to walk away from this place unsatisfied. In all of my travels around the country, this is one of my favorite stops.
