Sparrow - Fort Lauderdale

The view is stunning! The interior design is fantastic, making it a perfect spot for birthday parties. The drinks are excellent, and everything looks wonderful. The staff are very friendly, and the music provided by the DJ is great. There's also a rooftop with an amazing view of the city! I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant and lounge has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the views are breathtaking, the food is fantastic, and there's a live DJ to keep the energy up. It's highly recommended to make a reservation. If you're seeking a quiet and romantic setting, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're looking for a lively, vibrant, and exciting experience, then this is definitely the spot and much more!

Sparrow is a rooftop lounge and restaurant, but the atmosphere felt completely off. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, depending on your mood and table availability. When we visited, the indoor area was dimly lit with loud music blasting from the speakers. This prompted us to request an outdoor table—not by choice, but out of necessity, as we struggled to hear each other. We found ourselves leaning in and practically shouting to converse. The outdoor area wasn't much better; while the music was at a more manageable level, speakers were still present. We were seated in a corner spot, which was decent, but during my visit, there were no views to speak of that would distinguish it from any other sit-down restaurant. The outdoor seating did not meet my expectations; the chairs were quite low, and the high walls obstructed any potential views. Whether sitting or standing, it was impossible to see anything outside. The indoor seating, however, might offer a different experience, as I noticed floor-to-ceiling windows that could provide a nice view of the city. As for the food and drinks, we tried a couple of cocktails, which were fantastic. We also ordered truffle fries, and they were crispy and delicious. The service was excellent, and I have no complaints in that regard. They do offer valet parking, but since I found a spot close by, I opted for street parking instead. Overall, I would recommend visiting Sparrow with some considerations in mind.

I held my birthday celebration at Sparrow The Dalmar Hotel on a Saturday night. The venue was chic, grown and sexy. Beautiful ambiance and loved the rooftop view esp for photos. There was a DJ there that wasn?t so great. I had to make song request andthen he started to improve his selections. Great service and food. Cocktails were delicious. They were so kind to accommodatedus as the kitchen was closing when we arrived (late). It was a gorgeous night, therefore, seating outside was PERFECT! I suggestyou request outdoor seating in advance. There?s a small fee (esp 12.00) for valet parking but we?ll worth it as parking is notso convenient. I only wish the music was better, otherwise, we had a grand time!

This was our third attempt to come here (first time we didn?t know that they opened at 5pm and the second time we just simply forgot) lol. So I was sure that the third time would be a charm and especially that it was Billy?s birthday it had to be asuccess and it was. It constantly rain so we couldn?t sit outside on the rooftop, but we were able to still sit by a window andlook outside regardless of the weather not being so great. Fernando was our server (cool earrings and tattoos on his leftarm?ask for him), we sure will when we come back for his service was SUPERIOR from the time he greeted us with a SMILE, takingour orders, checking in on us, to surprising Billy with a Chocolate Lava Brownie for his birthday. The place was beautifullydone, nice atmosphere (music was somewhat loud considering at the time we were there from 5:15pm to about 6:30pm on Friday itwas only about 8 customers there so it was a little bit of talking loud), but I guess it?s to be expected in the restauranthopes of getting ready for the late Friday night crowd. We definitely will be back.
