Starbucks - Fort Lauderdale

This Starbucks offers a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The staff are approachable and truly strive to accommodate everyone's needs. Its convenient location and plenty of parking make it a great spot. I will definitely be visiting more frequently on my way home from work!

This is a delightful little store—small in size but quite remarkable. It was impeccably clean, and there are several other food-related shops in the shopping plaza. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place, especially since there aren’t many coffee options nearby.

I ordered a shaken espresso without ice, but the cup was only half full. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, she explained that instead of adding an extra shot of espresso and four more ounces of oat milk to fill the cup properly, she just added more oat milk. If the cup isn't full, the reasonable solution would be to include all the ingredients as intended. If that’s not how the drink is typically served, then she should have added an extra shot of espresso and adjusted the price accordingly. Why should I get a half-full cup when I paid for a venti size? To make matters worse, I was told that I shouldn’t have ordered it that way, even though it was your employee who took my order.

I never expected to write a review for Starbucks, but this location is truly the best I've ever been to and deserves some recognition. No matter what day or time you visit, the staff is exceptional. Their warm and friendly service really stands out and is greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a Starbucks in Plantation or Sunrise, be sure to choose this one!

The staff went above and beyond in their service. They gave a thorough explanation of the drink options, and my iced caramel macchiato was crafted perfectly, striking just the right balance of caramel and whipped cream!
