Sushi Song Oakland Park

This might be the best sushi restaurant I've ever visited, and that's quite a compliment. If Mark is on duty, you're in for a real delight. Honestly, everyone here is incredibly skilled at what they do. Be sure to try the Hamachi jalapeño appetizer. Food: 5/5

Sushi Song turned out to be a cozy little spot that’s easy to miss from the outside. Inside, the small space works surprisingly well! There are bar seats, a few tables just inside the entrance, and more tables across from the bar. It's a perfect example of how sometimes less really is more. After all, this is a sushi restaurant—not a Japanese steakhouse or an upscale dining spot on South Beach. Now let’s talk about the service: it was exceptional! Our server greeted us with a friendly smile right away. We placed our order, but one of the dishes we wanted, Salmon Belly, was only available at their Oakland Park Blvd location. No worries—we chose another item that caught our interest. As for the food, the glowing YELP reviews were spot on. The freshness of the ingredients was undeniable! Even the quality of the salad showed that this restaurant does not compromise on quality. Sushi Song stands out from the other establishments on Himmarshee Street as the sole Asian restaurant there. A bar called #00 SHATO, previously known as #SHATO and formerly #00 Saloon, made a similar attempt to offer Asian cuisine but ultimately did not succeed. It appears that Sushi Song has staying power and is likely to be around for a long while. So, if you haven't already, make sure to stop by and give them a try!

Salmon belly could very well be the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. Everything was a perfect 10/10. The service was outstanding, and our server had an incredibly impressive memory. I will definitely return when I’m in the area again.

WOW, simply WOW! I am blown away by this little gem. The sushi is absolutely delicious. Just devoured 2 of the best sushi rolls I have ever had, Sobe Roll and Hamachi Jalapeño Roll. Keep in mind this review is for a yelp pickup order I placed while I was at the gym : My order was ready within 30 minutes, I was in and out. From the flawless pickup service, ambiance, and high quality sushi, this place is a vibe. Looking forward to becoming a regular!

BEST SUSHI I’VE EVER HAD! We went to Tortuga all weekend and wanted a good meal after the last day Sushi Song did not disappoint! Hahnah was our server she was such an amazing time. Overall a wonderful experience!
