Contribuisci feedbackI like to start by saying, THANK YOU for having an online reservation system that was a great help to me. I search in my area and there was no such luck. To my surprise you all did. From the time that I entered TGI Friday's. I was very please and the serve was outstanding from all the staff that I came in contact with. The waitress that took care of me and family/friends was great with lots patience
Excellent server. I really enjoyed the food . And the atmosphere .
Worst experience ever: despite us arriving on time for our reservation that we made 8 hours prior they made us wait for more than one hour to be seated but when we were seated it wasn’t the table that we were supposed to get and instead got two round tables for 10 people. We even had to wait another half hour because we had no waiter and then they told us that we were going to get a 25% discount, which was not true since it wasn’t discounted off all that we ordered. They couldn’t discount the alcoholic drinks nor the meals that were already discounted because the ‘computer wouldn’t allow it’. It was also surprising to see how the general manager seemed to be uninterested in our situation. We are not coming back.
This restaurant looked dated and very unappealing. There was music playing so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation the food was fair. Not awful but nothing special. A member of our party upgraded from fries to onion rings, and what was served was three onion rings total. Not worth the money to upgrade.
Friday's is not the place to make reservations. It's a walkin first come first served type place. To book reservations for 8:15pm. Be there at 8pm. Seated at 9:30pm. Food by 10:30pm. No. And it was Mother's Day. I cancelled reservations at Primetime for Friday's because of the kids menu. Next time I'll keep the Primetime and deal with the fact they so t have a Kids Menu. Then the waitress and host advising that the manager on duty did not want to out tables together because it's a fire issue. Why let me book then I called 3 hrs in advance to make sure the reservations was still good. They could have said something then or just don't allow groups of 6 or more to book reservations. Friday's is not the type of fine dining for special occasions. Then I get an email that we dis not make our reservations when I was sitting there in the building eating my food. Really?!
