Can't say how much I enjoyed going there with my family. Everyone else enjoyed their meal and liked the service we received Definitely will be returning next time I'm back in Fort Lauderdale

Great cheesecake with strawberries and cream and cappuccino

Disappointing experience. We've been going to this location for years. Tonight our waitress was new to the restaurant but didn't seem to get very much support from senior managers. She did tell us at the very beginning that it was her first shift alone but clearly lacked help and training from the management. Not her fault she did the best she could but a normally 45-50 minute dinner turned into almost 2 hours. Lots of staff walking around but very little support for the new ones. Our order was wrong and it took a while to get it corrected, probably 20 minutes from when the food first arrived. I don't lay the blame on the waitress as she was somewhat overwhelmed but whomever tossed her on the floor without ensuring she was good to go definitely needs to pay more attention.

I ordered the herb salmon, with mashed potatoes, it was room temperature. Ordered the banana flavored cheesecake, it was horrible!!! The establishment is called the cheesecake factory, my 2nd experience with their cake, and once again , it was awful

Went there for christmas Eve, good quality and favor, nice restaurant, good pricing, I strongly recommend. Good for families and dates.
