July 2022 I ordered a Bahama mama and a sandwich through the tropical smoothie app first of all I had never had a problem ordering something through this app until on Friday the Bahama mama didn't taste like a Bahama mama and they forgot my sandwich so I called and spoke to the manager in service she said she would send a sandwich through GrubHub that I said koolte no problem So I don't want to go through hatred to pay something that should be? ve was the first time right. So that's where it gets interesting that I took the time to go to the store that I spoke to the manager and you said that I was the one who used to call the missing sandwich and plus my smoothie doesn't taste like a Bahama mama she took a look at the drink and said that she would charge me for a new drink that I was like why I was? m brings you back So I wanted us to argue about how much drink is missing. I'm drunk clearly 15% and the rest of it melted.. I couldn't believe we were back-and-forth, how much drinking I was missing was how good I was? ll pay for them never again terrible customer service

My family loves eating here. My favourite is the buffalo chicken pack and island green smoothie. Definitely recommend this place for everyone.
He never gets my name right. I don't think it's a name and I'll write it for her. I'll order my sandwich and I'll have to wait 15 minutes if I'm the only one in the store waiting for the order. They ask for help to see the other way and roll eyes there. Don't you come here? I know the owner wants good reviews, but this is terrible service
I really thought I should leave this review because I wanted to make a point about customer service. I went for my usual smoothie, waited longer than necessary, folks came in after me and were served before me. They ordered at the counter, just like I did. Long story short, when this happens, all the worker has to do is say, I 'm sorry , these two words makes a big difference. What this worker did for me by not giving good service, was really a big favor. From now on I will make my own smoothie, I went and bought all the ingredients, including the protein. SO, be careful, how you treat customers, you can cause a business to loose good customers, plus I have a lot of friends who frequent TSC. Be nice.
