Contribuisci feedbackI usually don’t give negative reviews, but this Wendy's deserves only 2 stars. The credit card machine was down, and they were only accepting cash. They also had a limited selection of drinks, which were poorly listed on a piece of paper at the ordering screen. When my order was delivered, the items were cold. This might have just been a bad night for them, but the staff seemed visibly irritated. The man at the drive-thru was not pleasant to deal with, and customers shouldn’t feel responsible for issues that aren't their fault.
They didn't deliver enough fries, and I requested a burger with speck, but it wasn't included. It's a shame because customer satisfaction was lacking.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I requested a repeat of my order, but that didn't happen. Unsurprisingly, my order was wrong. They were out of all three items I wanted and didn’t have any fries either. To top it off, they didn’t serve taco salad, hot honey chicken, or cookies, and we didn't even order two chicken sandwiches. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.
Terrible service drive thru always secured eating was cold I have no sauces I told them I wanted in my bag they need a whole new staff
The worst place for food if ina rush. Theytake an hour to serve you through the drive thru and almost as bad inside.
