Wendy's - Fort Lauderdale

The staff rush to deliver the sandwich without saying a word to you. They need to manage the crowd better. The service is terrible.

I joined the short line at 5:45, and now it’s 6:14, and I’m still waiting to get my food as the next customer in line. This place takes an incredibly long time to prepare meals. The staff are working, but they seem to be in a rush. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you're pressed for time; you might end up late for work.

The manager, Sapphire, is incredibly friendly and has made a lasting impression on my 5-year-old niece. I truly appreciate the high level of care and attention she has demonstrated.

Super slow with everything and they forget my nuggets and bbq sauce. always forget the Bbq sauce. but the nuggets?

Don't bother!... The wait is 15-30mins long on average. There are only five people working the drive thru and its always wrapped around the restaurant. super slow service you could catch the bus to the next nearest Wendy's and get service and still make it home faster than going to this place! Fries were fresh that's why they got 2 stars still!
