Contribuisci feedbackI visited this restaurant for the first time very early this morning. I ordered two croissants—one with butter and one with chocolate—along with a cup of Americano. Unfortunately, instead of receiving one chocolate croissant, I was given two butter croissants. Additionally, the staff member informed me that I should have spoken at the speaker first before picking up my order at the window. I apologize for the misunderstanding, as it was my first visit and I wasn't aware of the process. I hope the employees can maintain a positive attitude moving forward.
The drive-thru line wasn't very long, the staff were friendly, and the drinks were tasty!
This restaurant is conveniently situated, making it easy for me to stop by for my favorite refreshment. I want to highlight Virginia, the exceptional barista at the Drive-Thru. She always maintains a positive attitude, communicates well, and ensures that my drinks are made exactly as I like them. Thank you for your excellent service, cheerful personality, and patience in the busy area near the George Washington Bridge. I can't wait to come back soon!
Generally, my experiences at this restaurant have been varied. Although most of the staff are welcoming and friendly, I did come across one worker who was rather rude.
This Starbucks is a drive-thru only location. While the line can occasionally stretch onto the highway, it generally moves quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which improves the overall experience. The drinks are consistently high quality. To make your visit smoother, it's recommended to order in advance using the Starbucks mobile app, or at the very least, avoid using cash at the drive-thru!
