Subway - Fort Macleod

The restaurant is impeccably clean and the staff are very friendly. I loved my crispy chicken rice bowl, it was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family for dinner. After placing our order, we overheard some of the workers laughing as we were leaving. When we got home and started eating our subs, my mother bit into a jalapeno even though she had specifically requested no spicy ingredients. It seemed like the workers had deliberately put it in her sub. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this subway as the workers have been consistently rude during our visits.

I recently tried one of the new sandwiches at this restaurant and it was excellent. I always appreciate that the staff is willing to hollow out the bread for me since I can't eat all of the bun.

Ordered online, went to pick it up but didn’t have a chance to eat it that day due to being busy. (Do it all the time with my subs)Went to eat it the next day and noticed there was no cheese, as I paid for extra cheese. And it wasn’t toasted as requested.Called the shop and the man who was there THE DAY I ORDERED. I know, I order all the time from them! He tried tell me he was not there the day my sub was made. Then continued to say he was there and knew he put cheese and toasted my sub. *dumbfounded* anyways in my opinion they could’ve just said they were sorry and made it up with a replacement like they usually do, instead of calling me a liar. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location, and it’s sad cause I was a “regular”. And for the record, my sub I got that day costed me 18.76$ FOR ONE footlong not even made right.

Probably my favorite subway in southern Alberta. It’s always very clean and organized. The staff are always so friendly. I went in there last week with my two year old and one of the staff gave her a GoGo Squeeze apple sauce pouch free of charge.
