Hardee's - Fort Madison

I arrived at the restaurant an hour and a half before closing time, only to find out that the shake machine was already shut down for cleaning. This was disappointing because I had specifically come for a shake. Additionally, there was no sauce provided for the roast beef, and the fries were served cold. Overall, my experience was disappointing and unsatisfactory.

My experience at the drive-thru tonight was extremely unpleasant. The girl at the register had a terrible attitude and is not suited for customer service.

I really wish there was a location in Ames, Iowa. The service was a little slow, but the food was delicious.

Food is standard Hardee’s fare, unfortunately neither burger or fries were very warm today. Service staff is friendly. The big detractor is the overall dirtiness of the dining area bathroom. Floors are filthy- grout is so chipped it probably can’t get properly cleaned. Lots of food debris underneath most

They cancelled the Western Bacon Cheeseburger so I am going to boycott this restaurant until they start selling it again. A staple for Carl's Jr./Hardee's nationwide and the remove it from the menu. Shame. Join me in the boycott. This is a great restaurant, don't get me wrong and the staff are amazing. Welcoming. Professional. This boycott is for corporate greed and sloth. Only reason to remove the Bacon Western Cheeseburger is corporate greed. Never going here again until they bring it back.
