Yogen Fruz - Fort McMurray

Ordered fresh brewed bubble tea with a green tea based drink. The cashier didn't know what I was talking about with the green tea base until I told her and showed her an close up image of the menu I took on my phone. What I was presented was water mixed with syrup and pearls. I wouldn't have complained if the drink was cheap but I paid nearly 8.00 for flavored sugar and water. I won't recommend going here for bubble tea

This is the only frozen yogurt place I've visited that doesn't allow sample tasting, which is just absurd! It's quite pricey, and I want to be sure I'm buying something I enjoy. Considering the high profits they make from their overpriced froyo, their policies seem pretty unfair for a business.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:50 PM only to find that all the doors were already closed, even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. We were informed that the machines had been cleaned and that they couldn't serve us anything. If they plan to close early, they should adjust their hours to avoid wasting people's time and driving out here.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been disappointing. They are rude, unfriendly, and come across as snobbish, resulting in the worst customer service I've encountered. While the food is good, the service leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this place.
